The EHL Travel Agency is an interactive theater experience set in a high-pressure sales office trading in travel tips. The representatives of this sales office will use every trick in the book in order to acquire information about local culture, heritage, and institutions. Trading insider knowledge between residents, travelers, and would-be travelers; the goal is to create a database for the ultimate culture-jam travel guide. While the final product can only be created through generosity and reciprocity, in the dog-eat-dog world of the EHL Travel Agency, cutthroat gifting, bartering, and storytelling is the name of the game. The barter system is the sole currency used by the EHL Travel Agency. Acceptable bartered items include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Information, Stories, Lore, and Legends for Data Point and Lead Generation –Additional value added when credible sources and geographical accuracy are cited.
- Transportation, Meals, and Lodging for Travelers and Would-Be-Travelers – Trade accommodations and tangible travel resources. Basic background check may be required. Virtual contact will precede the personal visit.
- On-site gifts of Material Value, Utility, or Personal Significance – Absolute value of items are subject to the judgment and expertise of the EHL Travel Agents.

Jonah Levy received his New York City tour guide license at the age of 19. Working for his family business, the Levys’ Unique New York, he began incorporating his history of performance and behind-the-scenes theater experience into the role of the tour guide. In 2011 he began to pursue a career in arts administration and has since worked as the Project Director for the Center for the Holographic Arts, Assistant Director for the (un)SCENE, and has professionally represented a select number of New York artists.
